1、超声引导下针刀松解联合几丁糖关节腔注射治疗腰椎小关节紊乱姚晖朱瑜琪王楠朱立国中国中医科学院望京医院中鼠科学院眼科医院摘要：目的:观察超声引导下针刀松解联合几丁糖关节腔注射治疗腰椎小关节紊乱的安全性及有效性。方法:40例腰椎小关节紊乱患荠随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组20例。治疗组采用超声引导下小关节针刀松解联合小关节腔注射儿丁糖，对照组采用单纯超声引导腰椎小关节针刀松解。每周治疗1次，3次为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前、疗程结束后、疗程结束3个月后的VAS评分与J0A评分，并进行比较。结果：1）疗程结束后，两组VAS评分均降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）J0A评分均升高，差昇有统计学意义（

2、P<0.05）;且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗组J0A评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2）疗程结束3个月后，两组患者的VAS评分均呈上升趋势但仍低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）:JOA评分均呈下降趋势但仍高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组VAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05），J0A评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论:超声引导针刀松解联合关节腔注射）L丁糖治疗腰椎小关节紊乱安全、准确而有效，且疗效优于单纯的小关节针刀松解。关键词：超声引导;针刀;医用几丁糖;腰椎小关节紊乱;作者简介：
