2、trooming-in,inordertoprovidepracticalbasisandreducetheincidenceofskininfection.Method:select2100directrooming-innewbornsofobstetricdepartmentinourhospitalfromMarch2012toFebruary2013,usingrandomsamplingmethodtochooseoneofthe1050casesastheinterventiongroup,andtheremaining1050c

3、asesasroutinenursinggroup.Afterthebirth,routinenursinggroupused75%alcoholtodisinfecttheumbilicalaround,andligation,dressingandotherroutinenursingcare.Earlyinterventiongrouptookearlynursinginterventiontopreventskininfectionsonthebasisofroutinenursinggroup.Results:routinenursi

4、nggroupdiagnosed22casesofneonatalskininfections,andtheincidenceratewas2.10%.7casesinearlynursinggroupwerediagnosedasneonatalskininfections,andtheincidenceratewas0.67%.Neonatalskininfectionsoftwogroupshadsignificantdifference(X2=12.73,P<0.001),andtherateofearlyintervention

5、groupwassignificantlylower.Theconventionalnursinggrouphad20casesdiagnosedasimpetigo,2casesdiagnosedasomphalitis.16strainsofpathogenicbacteriaweredetectedintotal.Earlyinterventiongrouphad7casesofimpetigo.5strainsofpathogenicbacteriaweredetectedintotal.Nosignificantdifferences

6、ofneonatalskininfectionindiseasetypeandpathogendetectionwereobservedintwogroups(P>0.05).Conclusion:itcaneffectivelyreducetheoccurrenceofneonatalinfectionsoftheskin,andimprovethequalityofnursingcarebyunderstandingthecausesofneonatalskininfectionofdirectrooming-in,andthecom
