1、彩色多普勒超声在监测2型糖尿病患者亚临床颈动脉粥样硬化中的应用张青顾鹏李玲曹礼庭(川北医学院附属医院超声科四川南充637000)【摘要】A的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在监测糖鉍病患者动脉粥样硬化屮的应用。方法：选择2008年1月至2014年12月我院进行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查的糖尿病患者和健康志愿者各200例，分别记录双侧颈总动脉内-屮膜厚度(Carotidintima-mediathickness，c-IMT)及颈总动脉、颈内外动脉斑块发生的情况，同时对不同年龄组糖尿病患者发生颈动脉斑块进行对比分析，比较糖尿病患者与健康志

2、愿者差别。结果：糖尿病患者与健康志愿者比较，颈动脉主干及分支内-屮膜厚度厚度明显增加，斑块发生率明显増高，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。颈动脉斑块发生部位最多见于颈动脉分叉处，达58.2%，而斑块性质以混合性斑块多见，达50.2%。在糖尿病患者屮，随年龄增加，患者c-IMT增加，颈动脉斑块发生率亦增高。男性比女性患考c-IMT更高，颈动脉斑块发生率增高。结论：超声在监测糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化屮具有较好临床价值。糖尿病患者颈动脉闪-屮膜厚度增加，粥祥斑块发生率增高，是心血管事件的危险因素。【关键词】糖鉍病；彩色
