1、护理教育干预对糖尿病足预防的效果观常德市第一人民医院内分泌科湖南常德415000【摘要】目的:分析护理教育干预对糖尿病足预防的效果。方法:选取93例糖尿病患者作为研宄对象,根据是否釆取护理教育干预进行分组;对照组47例,采取常规治疗和糖尿病基础知识教育;观察组46例,在对照组的基础上,采取护理教育干预,包括糖尿病足知识教育、糖尿病足的预防护理指导、糖尿病足糖尿病足讲座教育、阅读培训教材;对比两组患者下肢麻木、疼痛、足背动脉搏动、下肢皮肤干燥、皲裂发牛.情况及教育前后的血糖改善情况(空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖)。结果:观察组患者下肢麻木、疼痛、足背动脉搏动、下肢皮肤
2、干燥、皲裂发生率均显著小于对照组,经χ2检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);教育前,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);教育后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均显著低于对照组,经T检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理教育干预有利于改善糖尿病患者下肢血管供血和皮肤状况,对于降低血糖水平、减少糖尿病足发生均異有积极作用。【关键词】糖尿病;糖尿病足;护理教育干预[Abstract]Objective:toanalyzethenursingeducationinterventionpreventione
