1、.我国刑法追诉时效的法律适用研究摘要：追诉时效是指指依刑法规定的国家有权机关追究犯罪人刑事责任的有效期间。刑罚通过对犯罪人的处罚达到预防犯罪的目的，但犯罪人依法受到惩处并非越严越好，严厉的刑罚可能会激化某些社会的不安定因素。平衡各方权益，适当保护犯罪人合法权益就是现代刑罚的新要求。文章分为引言和正文和总结共六部分。在引言中，简述了追诉时效制度对现代刑罚的重要意义和完善的必要。在正文分为四部分对研究主题作了剖析。第一部分我国的立法现状中，对我国追诉时效的历史、概念和具体的立法规定作了简要分析。在第二部分对我国追诉时效制度的适用中存在问题作了分析。第三部分谈到对于追诉时
