1、瘢痕子宫妊娠经阴道分娩30例临床探究吴晓玲李剑红鹤山市人民医院妇产科摘要：R的分析瘢痕子宫妊娠经阴道分娩的临床结果。方法60例瘢痕子宫妊娠分娩产妇，应用随机数字表法分为研宂组与对照组，每组30例。对照组产妇采取剖宫产方式完成产程，研宄组产妇经专业阴道试产安全评估后，实施经阴道分娩。比较两组产妇的围牛.期临床指标、新牛JL相关指标。结果研究组产妇的产后出血量、住院天数、住院费用均优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（t=15.504、8.219、35.719,P〈0.05）。两组新生儿体质量、新生儿Apger评分、新生儿窒息率比较，差昇均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。研宂组产妇产后并发症发生率为
