5、ofcargoestobemovedfromChinato代理地区andv.v.,soshall“代理代号”entrust“XXX”withthehandlingofcargoes(seaandairfreightones)tobemovedfrom代理地区toChinaandv.v..4-RESPONSABILITIESA.Bothpartiesshalltakecareofallseaandairarrangements,includingdocumentation,reportofsituationofanyshipment,pre-ad
6、viceofdeparture,profit/losesettlementsandforanyfurtherrequirementnecessarytofulfilthemostaccurateservicetoourclients.B.Bothpartiesshallmakeeveryefforttoassisteachotherinaskingforcargoesformutualserviceandundertaketheobligationtoestablishapermanentandstrongcanvassingsalescamp
7、aigninordertopromotetheaforementionedservice.A.Bothpartiesshallassisteachotherincollectingchargesduetotheotherpartyandsettleincurredexpensesonbehalfofeitherpartyandhaveoptionalrightofsuchchargestotheotherparty.However,itisunderstoodthateachpartshallbearitsownexpensesincurred
