5、ofileFormsubmittedtoBrokerbySelleristrueandaccuratetothebestofSellersability.SellerunderstandsthatBrokerdoesnotconductanyinvestigationofthepropertytoverifytheinformationprovidedbySellerandisnotresponsiblefortheaccuracyoftheinformation.(b)Brokershallinputtheaboverefere

6、ncedinformationwiththelocalMLSthroughtheGreaterRochesterAssociationofRealtors.SellersagreetoverifytheinformationsubmittedtotheMLSiscorrectandSellersagreetosignaverificationformsentbybrokertosellerwithin48hoursofreceipt.IntheeventBrokerdoesnotreceivethesignedformwithin

7、saidtime,BrokermayremovethelistingfromtheMLSuntiltheformisreceived.(c)SelleragreestomakethepropertyavailabletoMLSmembersatallreasonablehoursforshowingtoprospectivebuyersduringthetermofthisagreement.(d)SellerunderstandsandacceptsthatBrokerisnotagreeingtofindorobtainabu
