1、大块病骨切除+截骨延长治疗胫骨骨髓炎骨不连10例【摘要】目的：探索治疗胫骨骨髓炎、骨不连的新方法。方法：将病灶病骨大块切除，用外固定支架缩短加压固定病骨切除骨的两断端，同时在干骺端用自行研制的针锯潜行截骨，用同一支架进行缓慢延长，恢复肢体长度。结果：共用此方法治疗10例病人，全部是属于严重开放性粉碎性骨折，而且都是骨外露，由于骨髓炎、骨不连，经用各种常规手术及治疗未获成功，使用大块病骨切除，外固定架加压压缩固定，同时在干骺端用自行研制的针锯潜行截骨，恢复切除病骨的长度。10例分别切除病骨死骨~14公分，干骺端分别延长~14公
