3、····················································································31个人简历········································································································32中文摘要子宫内膜异位症发病机制新进展摘要子宫内膜异位症（简称内异症）在形态学上呈良性表现，但在临床上却展现出种植、侵袭及远处转移等与恶性肿瘤相似的特点，严重影响患
4、者的生活质量。内异症的发病机制至今尚未阐明，自1921年Sampson提出"经血逆流”学说后，又提出体腔上皮化学说、诱导学说、遗传因素等。经过近些年进一步研究，子宫内膜异位症发病机制相关因素还包括干细胞因素、炎症免疫反应、血管生成等，其为内异症的诊治提供了新靶点。现对近年来子宫内膜异位症发病机制研究进展作一综述。关键词：子宫内膜异位症,干细胞,发病机制,研究进展,综述文献1英文摘要ResearchProgressinthePathogenesisofEndometriosisABSTRACTEndometriosis(abbreviatedasEM
5、S)ismorphologicallybenign,butclinicallyshowsthecharacteristicsofsimilarmalignanttumorssuchasimplantation,invasionanddistantmetastasis,whichseriouslyaffectthequalityoflifeofpatients.Thepathogenesisofendometriosishasnotyetbeenelucidated.AfterSampsonproposedthetheoryof"menstrualb
6、loodreflux"in1921,healsoputforwardthetheoryofcavityepithelialchemistry,inductiontheory,andgeneticfactors.Afterfurtherresearchesinrecentyears,thefactorsrelatedtothepathogenesisofendometriosisincludestemcellfactors,inflammatoryimmuneresponses,andangiogenesis,whichprovideanewtarg
