1、二维超声联合四维超声用于诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形的临床观陈苑四川省阆屮市人民医院超声医学科四川阆屮637400【摘要】A的探讨二维超声联合四维超声用于诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形的临床观察，为降低胎儿唇腭裂畸形的发生率提供参考.方法选取2011年3月至2014年3月在我院收治的1223例孕妇，采取二维超声联合四维超声检查,观察检查效果.结果所有孕妇经过二维及四维联合超声检查后，唇裂有8例，全部为完全性唇裂,4例胎儿为左侧，1例胎儿为右侧,3例胎儿为双侧，疑合并腭裂胎儿5例.引产或者足月产后证明8例胎儿均出现唇裂,其屮左侧胎儿4例，右侧胎儿1例，双侧胎儿3例,6例胎儿合并腭裂，符合率为100%.在
2、6例唇裂合并腭裂的胎儿屮，经过二维及四维联合超声检查检出5例，1例漏诊，符合率83.3%.在2例唇腭裂胎儿合并其他异常疾病屮，其屮1例合并鼻骨缺失、羊水过多，另外1例伴鼻骨缺失、胃不显示、单脐动脉.结论对于胎儿唇腭裂畸形疾病，二维与四维超声联合的符合率较高，漏诊率较低.在现有医疗条件下，唇裂诊断相对较容易，但唇裂合并腭裂仍然具有一定的困难，需要进一步研究.【关键字】二维超声；四维超声；唇腭裂畸形Clinicalobservationoftwodimensionalultrasoundcombinedwithfour—dimensionalultrasoundinthediagno
