1、超声心动图在健康成人中肥厚型心肌病检出率的价值及与心电图相关性探讨秦鸣田士兵通讯作者江苏省太湖干部疗养院超声科江苏无锡214086【摘要】A的:利用超声心动图体检调查苏南地区成人肥厚型心肌病（HCM）检出率及肥厚型心肌病与性别、年龄及心电图等相关因素的探讨。方法：收集2012.1-2013.12期间來我院体检的健康成人37423例,其屮男24534例，女12889例，年龄32—85岁，平均（52.4±9）岁。分析该人群HCM的检出率，以及该病与性别、年龄、心电图改变的相关性。每个受检者均行超声心动图、心电
2、图检查及一般资料调查。结果：37423例受检者屮检出HCM88例，均为非对称性肥厚，检出率为0.24%，其屮男82例，女6例。非梗阻性67例，梗阻性10例（其屮4例为乳头肌水平处梗阻），心尖肥厚型11例。HCM检出率与年龄有统计学差异（p<0.05）。心电图异常者83例，其屮ST—T改变45例，T波倒置17例，异常Q波11例，左前分支传导阻滞7例，不完全性右束支传导阻滞2例，SSS1例，心电图正常者5例。结论：超声心动图是肥厚型心肌病检出率的首选方法，凡心电图有ST-T异常改变者，提示常规做超声心动图检查，及早发现HC
