1、EV71病毒性脑炎患儿外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞频率变化及其临床意义曾昭烨1?王永清2（通迅作者）（1苏州大学附属第三医院江苏常州213000）（2常州市第一人民医院儿科江苏常州213003）【摘要】目的：探讨EV71病毒性脑炎患儿外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞频率变化及其临床意义。方法：选取我院明确诊断EV71病毒性脑炎患儿90例，其屮重症患儿25例，危重患儿65例，并设立健康对照组患儿30例。于病情确诊后的第一口抽取静脉全血5ml,采用流式细胞仪对其血清CD4+CD
2、25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞（Treg）细胞频率，同时检测患者WBC、CPR以及血糖等生化指标。结果：在EV-71病毒感染的患儿屮，Treg细胞水平明显升高，而且这种情况可能随着病情的加重，而有逐渐增加的趋势；CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞频率与白细胞呈显著正相关，但与CRP、血糖之间无明显相关。结论：EV71病毒可能是通过升高CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞频率对人体的细胞免疫进行抑制，导致病情的进一步发展，其屮严重程度可能与外周WBC水平呈显著正相关。【关键词】肠道病毒71型；手足
