1、2型糖尿病采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效观(广东省湛江市赤坎中医院524035)摘要：目的：通过与单纯丙药治疗2型糖尿病的治疗效果进行比较，探宄采用中丙医结合治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效。方法：选取92例患有2型糖尿病的患者，分成两组，分别给予单纯丙医治疗和中丙医结合治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗后比较，对照组患者的空腹血糖，餐后2h血糖，糖化血红蛋白均明显高于试验组患者，P<0.05。两组治疗后空腹血糖，餐后2h血糖，糖化血红蛋白均明显低于治疗前，P<0.05o试验组总有效率2.3°/。，明显高于对照组77.7%
