1、深圳动物园15株肺炎克雷伯氏菌耐药性的检测动物医学院动物医学唐春成(指导老师:杨光友教授)摘要:目的:了解深圳动物园黑猩猩等10种灵长动物肺炎克雷伯氏菌的耐药特性及趋势,指导临床合理用药。方法:用K-B纸片扩散法做药物敏感试验。结果:检测的15株肺炎克雷伯氏菌对21种抗生素的药敏结果显示,对萘啶酸、氨苄西林、羧苄西林和四环素的耐药率最高,均为100%;其次为磺胺甲基异恶唑、头孢唑啉(先锋霉素V)、多西环素和多粘菌素B,其耐药率分别是93.33%、87.78%、80%和80%;对环丙沙星、阿奇霉素、诺氟沙星、头孢呋新、加替沙星、奈替米星和磷霉素
2、的耐药率分别是73.33%、73.33%、60%、60%、53.33%、53.33%和53.33%;对头孢西林和呋喃妥因的耐药率均为40%;对头孢噻肟、亚胺硫霉素和阿米卡星的耐药率分别为33.33%、26.67%和20%;菌株对拉氧头孢钠的耐药率为0。结论:该地区肺炎克雷伯氏菌所引起的疾病治疗的首选药氧头孢烯类,其次可合理选用第三代头孢菌素、氨基糖甙类、碳青霉烯类、呋喃类药。关键词:肺炎克雷伯氏菌;耐药性;检测Resistancetestingof15bahtsKlebsiellaPneumoniaeinShenzhenzooTangChun
