4、Tassay),lacticdehydrogenase(LDH)releasedfromallgroupHUVECsintothemediumweremeasuredbyusingLDHkits,andtheexpressionofsFlt-1ofallgroupwasdetectedbyusingthequantitativereversetranscriptase-polymerasechainreaction(RT-PCR).Results:cobaltchloridecouldinjuryHUVECs,induc
