6、iquorwinemasters(WuzhensaidinformationisCarpenter),whogotAfewbayonets,duetomissedfatal,whennightcameModernOncology2012,20(01):0128-0131[摘要]目的：观察口服艾易舒注射液治疗老年膀胱癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取我院2006年7月-2008年7月确诊为膀胱癌老年患者共80例，手术包括经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切或激光切除、膀胱全切或部分切除术。艾易舒注射液口服100ml，每日1次，连用3月。分为4组，A组为手术加口服艾易舒注射液3月，Ｂ组为术后未口服艾易舒

7、注射液；C组为未接受手术治疗而只口服艾易舒注射液3月；D组只做一般保守治疗。结果：A组与B组的近期疗效无显著差异,但A组患者生活质量、症状缓解率均高于B组。C组患者带瘤存活时间、生活质量、症状缓解率均高于D组。结论：老年膀胱癌患者应用艾易舒注射液能够有效缓解症状，提高生活质量及带瘤生存期，且未见不良反应。[关键词]艾易舒注射液；膀胱癌；治疗；生活质量[中图分类号]R737.14[文献标识码]ADOI：10.3969/j.issn.1672-4992.2012.01.43[文章编号
