1、卵巢早衰患者个性特征及心理健康状况调查【摘要】　　目的分析卵巢早衰患者的个性特征及心理健康状况，为进一步探讨卵巢早衰的病理心理机制提供依据。方法采用A、C型行为量表、状态特质焦虑量表对79例卵巢早衰患者、80例多囊卵巢综合征患者及81例健康对照组进行测试分析，并对卵巢早衰患者与健康对照组的血液β内啡肽进行测试分析。结果卵巢早衰组A型行为人格比例明显高于多囊卵巢综合征组及对照组；应激时焦虑、抑郁情绪反应强烈，特质焦虑评分较高；时间匆忙感、争胜好强、焦虑、抑郁、愤怒因子分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01），控制、乐观、社会支持因子

2、分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01）；时间匆忙感、争胜好强、抑郁、愤怒因子分显著高于多囊卵巢综合征组（P＜0.05或0.01）；βEP水平显著高于正常组（P＜0.01）。多囊卵巢综合征组焦虑、抑郁、理智因子分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01），乐观因子分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论卵巢早衰患者属于A型性格、特质焦虑型人群，具有焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、不能控制等诸多的心理卫生问题，应积极早期采取有效的治疗措施。【关键词】卵巢早衰；心理卫生；个性特征；焦虑；抑郁　　Investigationsofpersonalitych
