1、论我国强制医疗制度的完善摘要放眼全球，很多国家都建立了一套比较完备的强制医疗制度，但是我国的进程却很缓慢。近几年来，精神病患者犯罪案件不断增多，这也引起了对精神病患者强制医疗措施的探讨。本文主要从以下三个方面我国的强制医疗制度完善作出了论述：第一部分：对我国的强制医疗制度进行整体的概述。具体包括强制医疗制度的概念和特征，强制医疗制度的具体价值。第二部分：对于我国现象法律对强制医疗制度作出的规定进行分析，同时阐述了我国的强制医疗制度存在哪些问题。第三部分：针对第二部分提出的一些问题，从对象方面、程序的设计方面对我国强制医疗制度的完善提出自己的意见。强制医疗程序是对精神病人自由的一
