2、,Tau组予l%牛磺酸饮水,4周后测大鼠体重、血糖,检测膈肌组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、NO含量的变化;电镜下观察膈肌组织超微结构的改变。结果:与NC组相比。DM组大鼠膈肌组织中SOD、NOS活性、NO含量显著降低(P<0.01),MDA含量显著增加(P<0.01);电镜下,肌小节和线粒体形态改变。与DM组相比,Tau组SOD、NOS活性、NO含量增加(P<0.05和P<0.01),血糖和MDA含量降低(P<0.01);电镜下,超微结构损伤减轻。结论:牛磺酸可
