2、化疗药环磷酰胺（CTX）治疗效果的影响。<结果>束缚应激组小鼠与对照组比较，肿瘤质量增加40.82%(P<0.01)，表明束缚应激状态下肿瘤生长明显；GSLS100mg/kg、200mg/kg组与CTX联用组瘤重明显低于NS+束缚模型对照组(P<0.05-0.01)，表明GSLS与化疗联用组肿瘤抑制率明显提高。GSLS+束缚应激组胸腺和脾脏质量分别增加13.41%、7.06%，表明GSLS对免疫器官有增重作用。人参茎叶总皂苷与化疗药物联用后对束缚应激状态的动物移植肿瘤有明显抑制作用，其可明显增强化疗药物对肿瘤的抑制效应，机制可能与其抗心理应激、增强免疫及抗肿瘤的综合作
