2、第10天抗体效价为1：3200，第20天升至1：204800；加强免疫后，第30天和第40天抗体效价分别达到1：409600和1：819200。猪CⅡ免疫新西兰白兔后，第10天血清中未能检测出抗体，第20天血清抗体效价为1：3200；加强免疫后，第30天和第40天抗体效价分别为1：51200和1：102400。结论：采用纯化的鸡和猪CI1免疫新西兰白兔后，经一定潜伏期血清中出现抗体，可以获得高效价抗CⅡ抗体血清。抗体产生情况符合机体初次及再次免疫应答的有关规律，但血清抗体产生的潜伏期和效价与不同种属来源的胶原蛋白有关。[关键词]鸡；猪；Ⅱ型胶原蛋白；抗Ⅱ型胶原蛋白抗体；酶联免疫
