2、常对照组大鼠不损伤脊髓,治疗组大鼠采用局部压迫法损伤T9脊髓,损伤后立即尾静脉推注MP30mg/kg,随后24h内每间隔6h推注MP(30mg/kg)一次,共给药5次。损伤组以同样方法损伤脊髓并推注等量生理盐水。分别于伤后3d,7d及14d切取损伤处脊髓标本,行RT-PCR及免疫组化检测GFAP,neurocan和phosphacanmRNA相对含量和蛋白表达。结果:大鼠SCI后GFAP,neurocan和phosphacanmRNA相对含量增加。伤后3d,7d,14d,MP治疗组比损伤组GFAPmRNA含量
