4、learlyrevealanexpoundinggrowthofopenaccesstitlesinthefieldofLibraryandInformationScience.Commercialpublishershavealsojoinedhandsasopenaccessmarketplayers.IndexingpoliciesofOAtitlesinLISneedtoberestructuredandlowincomenationshavetoevolveinthefieldofOAbazaar.ResearchImplications:The
