1、第II页辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计（论文）美国对中国农产品技术性贸易壁垒研究摘要农产品出口对农业发展意义重大，但中国农产品出口面临越来越多的贸易壁垒，特别是美国市场。美国是中国最大的农产品贸易伙伴，是中国第四大农产品出口市场，但美国对中国农产品设置严格的贸易壁垒，特别是技术性贸易壁垒。最近几年，在关税和配额、反补贴、反倾销等传统非关税壁垒措施受到了WTO严格限制的情况下，以保护人类和动植物健康及环境资源为名的技术性贸易壁垒因其具有的针对性强、隐蔽性好、运用灵活等特性正逐步取代关税和传统非关税壁垒，越来越成为各国特别是发达国家进行贸易保护的主要政策工具和手段，对国际贸易产生着深远的影响。而在
