2、得大豆异黄酮的粗提品。正丁醇饱和的水溶液除糖及色素等。然后经硅胶分离出大豆黄素和染料木素。河南鼠注射四氧嘧啶造成高血糖模型,连续7d灌胃给予所提取的大豆异黄酮及苷元。用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖水平。结果永川豆豉中的大豆异黄酮及苷元能显著地降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型鼠血糖水平,缓解糖尿病症状;大豆异黄酮和染料木素都能抑制葡萄糖的活性,尤以染料木素最为明显。结论豆豉中的大豆异黄酮可以明显地降低小鼠的高血糖,其所含的成分染料木素为主要的降血糖成分之一。关键词:豆豉;大豆异黄酮及苷元;一葡萄糖苷酶;染料木素;降血
