4、mmunedisease.TypeIIcollagen-inducedarthritisisanforexperimentallyinducingspecificantigenicunresponsive-animalmodelofpolyarthritisinducedinsusceptiblemiceandness(13,14).ThisrouteofantigenadministrationcanleadtoratsbyimmunizationwithtypeIIcollagen,amajorcomponentimmunityortoleran
5、ce,dependingonthedose,numberofofcartilage.IntragastricadministrationofsolubletypeIIfeedings,andtheformofantigenused(15).T-dependent,butcollagen,priortoimmunizationwithtypeIIcollageninnotT-independent,antigenscanleadtotheinductionoforaladjuvant,suppressestheincidenceofcollagen-i
6、nducedarthri-tolerance(16),andtheimmuneresponsetocollagenisTtis.AdministrationofdenaturedtypeIIcollagenhasnodependent(17,18).Thestudiesreportedhereshowthatobservableeffectontheincidenceorseverityofthedisease.TheintragastricadministrationofsolubletypeIIcollagensup-overallmagnitu
7、deoftheantibodyresponseisnotsignificantlypressestheinductionofCIAinmice.Itis,therefore,possiblereducedincollagen-fedmiceascomparedtocontrols.Whiletosuppressanexperimentalautoimmunediseasebyorallytheisotypedistributionoftheanti-collagenantibodiesissimilarinducedunresponsiveness.
