3、oleculemetabolitesofcomplicatedbiologicalsamples[1].NuclearMagneticResonance(NMR)andMassspectra(MS)arethetwomostimportantanalysisplatforminmetabolomicsatpresent,butNMRhasbeenwidelyusedbecauseofitssimplesamplepreparation,highprecision,nondestructiveandnon-deviation,allofthe

4、secharactermakeithaveagreatsuperiorityinanalyzingthemetabolitesofbiologicalsample.IntheheadresearchofNMRmetabolomics,Inordertomaximizethesampleavailabilityinformation,researcherhavedonemanyresearchinsamplepreparation,NMRexperimentaldesign,temperature,thesettingofrelaxation

5、time,eventhesuppressionmethodofsolventpeak.AlsofortheNMRspectra,whichhavedevelopedmanyprocessingmethodinordertoconvenientforthenextspectradataprocessing,likecorrectionofphase,baselinecorrection,spectraaligning,normalizationprocessing,integration,deconvolution,quantitativem

6、ethod.Butthebiologicalsamplessuchasplasma,urineandcerebrospinalfluid,therearesomanymolecularmetabolitesthatcausedNMRspectraalotofoverlapinevitable.MetaboliteidentificationaccordingtoanalyzingtheNMRspectraisthekeyofNMRmetabolomicsnextdevelopment,buttheoverlapofspectrapeakis

7、biggestchallengeofNMRmetabolomics.ThetraditionalsolutiontosolvepeakoverlapisexpandtheNMRexperimenttotwo-dimentionalhomonuclear(suchasJRES,COSYandTOCSY)orheterocaryosis(suchasHSQCandHMBC),butthetwo-dimentionalNMRexperimenttimeis10-40timescompareto1H-NMR,therefore,thetwo-dim
