4、eExtensionSystem,aOBIprovidesaframeworkforeducationalinstitutionsandemployerstoissuedigitalbadgesandforbadgeearnerstouniquepartnershipwiththe109land-grantuniversitiesinsharetheirbadgesacrosssocialmediasystems.ThispapertheUnitedStates,theUSDA,andtheNationalInstituteofdiscusse
