1、诚信务实团结拼搏坚定信心迎接挑战勇攀车务发展新高峰——车务中心2009年工作总结及2010年工作计划尊敬的何总、邓书记，各位领导、同志们：下午好！我受车务中心党政领导班子的委托，向全体员工报告2009年度工作情况，部署2010年工作任务。我报告的题目是:《诚信务实团结拼搏坚定信心迎接挑战勇攀车务发展新高峰》。第一部分2009年主要工作任务完成情况2009年是车务中心健全机制、稳步发展、全面提高的一年。一年来，在总公司、运营总部的正确领导下，各兄弟部门的关心支持下，车务中心全体员工以昂扬的斗志、务实的作风，做好创文明、保开通、迎亚运工
2、作，有序推进改制工作落实到位，顺利完成五号线、四号线万胜围至车陂南段高标准、高质量、高服务的开通运营，圆满地完成了各项工作任务，取得了可喜的业绩。2009年，线网安全运送乘客6.75亿人次，日均客运量185万人次，列车正点率达99.94%，全年无险性及以上安全事件，无票务事故。2010年新年元旦，线网客运量更以369.3万人次的客流创下历史最高纪录。2009年，车务中心获得多项荣誉：公园前站荣获国家级青年文明号；车务一部和客村站被评为广州市优质服务示范窗口；一号线女子客车队被评为全国巾帼文明岗；地铁火车站被评为广州市“工人先锋号”；
