1、我国企业人力资本投资探析摘要：随着知识经济的到来、高新技术产业的迅猛发展，企业的经济结构呈现出明显的变化，人力资本已经成为继企业传统物质和资本、技术和设备之后推动企业不断发展的“第三资本”。在这样的大背景下，我国企业的人力资本投资状况却不容乐观。仍存在着人力资本投资总量不足、结构不合理、浪费现象严重、职业培训和终身教育体系不健全等突出性问题。因此，要改善我国企业人力资本投资现况，必须真正把人力资本投资作为企业发展的战略性目标，切实明确企业自身经营战略，制定企业人力资源发展规划，建立企业人力资本投资风险评估机制，完善现代企业制度，重视员工对企业的忠
