1、视觉诗“Meupatdoes”多模态意义的构建本文的修改得到北京大学姜望琪老师的赐教，谨致谢忱。文责自负。摘要：传统的文学批评对视觉诗歌褒贬不一。本文首先简要地回顾了目前此类诗歌分析方法的不足，据此提出了视觉诗歌多模态话语分析模式。在此基础上，以系统功能语言学和多模态话语分析为理论框架，对e.e.cummings的可视诗“Meupatdoes”进行了模态分解、单模态意义构建、多模态意义整合的尝试性研究。研究重点：1)可视模态的再现、互动意义、构图意义；2）文字模态的概念、人际、语篇功能；3)多模态意义的整合。研究验证了以下观点：1)多模态话语分析理论是系统的、全面的解读视觉

4、hisway.Itisanalyzedfollowingastrictprocedureinthestudy,namely,multimodaldecomposition,mono-modalmeaningconstrue,andmultimodalmeaningintegration.Theparticularfocusesofthestudyarelaidonthefollowingaspects:1)theconstrueofrepresentationalmeaning,interactivemeaning,andcompositionalmeaningembodi

5、edinthevisualmodalityofthepoem;2)theanalysesofideationalfunction,interpersonalfunction,andtextualfunctionpresentedintheverbalmodalityofthepoem;3)andtheintegrationofmeaningtexturedinthepoem.Itisprovedbythestudythatmultimodalapproachprovesasystemicandamorethoroughwayininterpretingpoemsofsuch
