1、观察接触性出血阴道镜检查及病理检查李秀支何跃华(云南省丽江市人民医院妇科)摘要：目的：探讨宫颈细胞学筛查结合阴道镜下行宫颈多点活检对宫颈接触性出血的患者病因诊断的必要性。方法：对在我院2007年4月一2009年12月在门诊就诊以主诉性生活或妇科检查出血、白带带血丝的患者行宫颈细胞学筛查，结合阴道镜下行宫颈多点活检287例。结果：诊断为CINI51例(17．8占％)，CINII48例(占16．7)，CINIII17例(占5．9)，原位癌6例(占2．1)，浸润癌15例(占5．2)，慢性宫颈炎122例(42．5％)，宫颈息肉24例

2、(8．4)；尖锐湿疣4例(1I4)。结论：对有宫颈接触性出血的患者行细胞学筛查，查出是宫颈糜烂引起的接触性出血可用外塞金菊千里光洁美洗液医用纱布上药治疗。并结合阴道镜下宫颈多点活检对妇女早期发现宫颈上皮内病变及宫颈癌有重要的价值。关键词：宫颈接触性出血细胞学阴道镜活检宫颈病变金菊千里光洁美洗液ContactinghemorrhageafterLCT，vaginoscopeandpathologycheckresultanalysisLLiQiJingGuoYaneta1．Abstract：Objective：Discusse
