1、摘要】间充质干细胞（mesenchymalstemcells,MSC）是具有自我更新和多向分化能力的成体干细胞的一种。近年来的相关研究表明，MSC具有低免疫原性，它可以通过抑制淋巴细胞的增殖、抑制抗原呈递细胞分化成熟及功能发挥、抑制CTL形成、增加调节性T细胞比例等多种途径发挥免疫调节作用。体内实验证明，MSC输注能够延长狒狒异体皮肤移植的存活时间，可减轻小鼠实验性自体免疫性脑脊髓膜炎。在临床上，MSC应用于异基因造血干细胞移植后移植物抗宿主病的预防和治疗效果显著。本文对MSC的免疫学特性及其在体内外试验中发挥的免疫调控功能的研究进展进行了综述。【关
