4、D:Accordingtothepreviousstudies,itisknownthatbonemarrowmesenchymalstemcellsliveinthephysiologicalenvironmentofloweroxygenconcentrationcomparedwiththecommoncultureconcentration(20%-21%).Hypoxiacanpromotebonemarrowmesenchymalstemcellsproliferationandmaintainthecharacteristi
5、csofdifferentiationpotential.OBJECTIVE:Tounderstandthebiologicalcharacteristicsofbonemarrowmesenchymalstemcellsafterhypoxicpreconditioning,andsearchforinvitrobasisforbonemarrowmesenchymalstemcellstherapyinvivowithhypoxicpreconditioningstrategy.METHODS:Afterpassageandinocu
6、lation,bonemarrowmesenchymalstemcellswereculturedinthehypoxicincubator(1%O2,5%CO2).Bonemarrowmesenchymalstemcellsculturedinthenormoxicincubator(20%O2,5%CO2)servedascontrols.RESULTSANDCONCLUSION:Comparedwithbonemarrowmesenchymalstemcellsculturedundernormoxia(20%O2),bonemar
7、rowmesenchymalstemcellsculturedunderhypoxia(1%O2)begantodisplayexponentialgrowthphaseafteralongerincubationperiod.Hypoxia(1%O2)wasnotthelethalconditionforbonemarrowmesenchymalstemcells.Cellsurvivalratesofbothgroupsreducedovertime,whilethoseofbonemarrowmesenchymalstemcells
