4、country,withtheactualcity,theenactmentofthisapproach.Secondstate-ownedpropertyrightofenterprisesasmentionedintheseMeasuresreferstothestateofenterprisesinvariousformsintotheformationofrights,state-ownedandstateholdingenterprisesformedbyvariousinvestmentsshouldenjoytherightsandinterestsofothercountr
5、ies,asallinaccordancewiththelaw.Third,thestate-ownedassetssupervisionandadministrationinstitutions,state-ownedandstateholdingenterprises(hereinafterreferredtoasthetransferor)totransferitsholdingsofstate-ownedpropertyrightsandpropertyrights,compensation,transferofimportantlargecreditor'srights,inte
6、llectualpropertyrightsandotherpropertyrightstodomesticnaturalpersons,legalpersonsorotherorganizations(hereinafterreferredtoasthetransferee)activities.Theapplicationofthisapproach.Thespecificstandardproperty,largedebtbythestate-ownedassetssupervisionandadministrationorganshallbeseparatelyformulated
