7、工作打下基础。二、课程实验总学时数90学时三、实验开设对象专业：旅游服务与管理专业四、考核与报告：1、实验后，学生将实验结果等内容写出实验报告或以与实验内容相应的文本、图、表等形式表现出来，应符合实验教学的要求，并得到指导教师的认可。2、指导教师对每份实验报告或其他结果表现形式进行审阅、评分。3、实验课的成绩为百分制。实训一西式铺床（一）实训目标要求学生通过西式铺床实训，熟练掌握这种现为绝大多数星级饭店所采用的西式做床方法。同时，要求学生通过实际操作，能够对这种做床方法提出一些建设性的铺床改进意
