1、论文老师指导修改事项摘要随着社会的不断发展，我国企业的数量也在不断增加。为了能够使企业在激烈的市场竞争下占有一席之地，科学性管理措施的制定必不可少。如何能够降低企业经营中的风险，扩大经济效益，对资源成本进行整合，在市场中赢得先机是小微企业应该注意的问题。从经营现状来看，小微企业并不占有优势。与大型公司相比，大多数小微企业的内部体系不完整、信息流通速度较慢、管理方式不够先进并且没有准确的意识到应收款风险，并予以控制。针对以上问题，管理者应该转变当前的经营理念，做到方法的创新。本文以“小微型企业”作为主
2、要的研究对象，首先对应收款基本理念进行分析。接着，针对应收账款管理中存在的问题，将信用制度不完善、应收账款日常管理不到位、销售环节内部控制不得当等现象进行剖析。从而提出合理的解决措施，使微小型企业能够规避风险，并作出及时的调整，在社会主义经济市场中发挥出更巨大的作用。关键词：微小型企业，应收账款，问题，探析ABSTRSACTWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofsociety,thenumberofenterprisesinourcountryisalsogrowing.Ino
