1、科学管理视角下的家族企业成长研究摘要家族企业在经济中扮演着非常重要的角色，承载着一定的社会责任，在我国90%以上的私营企业都属于家族企业。而在目前，绝大多数企业正遭遇着成长过程中的瓶颈时期。家族企业在初期具有成本低，信任度高，决策效率高，执行力强等优势，但在成长过程中同时也伴随着极大的弊端，而最大的因素就在于家族企业在人力资源管理方面存在的缺陷，由于受内外有别的家族文化的影响造成了企业在选人用人留人方面滞后于企业的成长与发展。因此家族企业要想健康的成长，持久的发展，改善家族企业人力资源管理问题是当前企业首要且必须要解决的。这正也是本文研究的核心与目的。首先，本文将阐述人力资源管理在我国家族企
2、业中占据的重要性，并提出建立科学的人力资源管理。其次，先对人力资源管理概念的阐述，提出目前家族企业在人力资源管理上的现状，总结出目前家族企业人力资源管理存在问题，再次，对造成企业人力资源管理问题的深入分析，提出造成企业人力资源管理问题的原因。最后，针对家族企业目前的现状与问题从人力资源管理角度分析研究找到解决问题的方案与策略。关键词：家族企业，科学管理，人力资源ScientificmanagementundertheperspectiveoffamilybusinessgrowthAbstractFamilyenterprisesplaysaveryimportantroleintheeco
