1、川芎嗪治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床研究【关键词】川芎嗪;新生儿;缺氧缺血性脑病;血钙;自由基 【摘要】目的探讨川芎嗪治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效和安全性。方法将42例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿随机分为研究组(基本治疗+川芎嗪治疗)23例,对照组(基本治疗)19例,同时选取10例健康儿为健康组。对三组患儿治疗前后一氧化氮、丙二醛、神经元特异性烯醇化酶、血钙、新生儿神经行为量表评分变化进行比较分析。结果入院1~2d研究组与对照组血钙无明显差异(t=0.893,P>0.05),且均低于健康组(t=4.866,4.803,P<0.05);10~11d后
2、,治疗组上升明显高于对照组(t=2.341,P<0.05);血浆一氧化氮、丙二醛治疗前研究组与对照组无明显差异,研究组治疗后较治疗前明显下降,与对照组比较差异显著(t=3.76,2.13,P<0.05);研究组与对照组治疗前神经元特异性烯醇化酶无显著差异(t=0.243,P>0.05),两组较健康组高(t=6.09,5077,P<0.01),研究组治疗后较治疗前显著降低(t=9.15,P<0.01),对照组治疗前与治疗后无显著差异(t=1.839,P>0.05);研究组与对照组治疗前新生儿神经行为量表评分无显著差异,治疗后研究组较对照组评分差
