1、不同年龄阶段上消化道出血患者的病因分析及相应护理干预【摘要】目的分析不同年龄阶段上消化道出血患者的病因学特点，为临床上针对不同年龄阶段患者制定相应的护理宣教和护理干预提供理论依据。方法收集180例上消化道出血患者的临床资料，按不同年龄阶段进行分组，对引起患者上消化道出血的不同病因进行分析，找出不同年龄阶段患者上消化道出血的病因特征及规律。结果(1)消化性溃疡、食管胃底静脉曲张破裂、急性糜烂出血性胃炎、恶性肿瘤是引起上消化道出血的常见病因。(2)消化道溃疡和急性糜烂出血性胃炎是青年上消化道出血患者的常见病因。(3)消化道溃

2、疡和食管胃底静脉曲张是中年上消化道出血患者最常见的病因。(4)食管胃底静脉曲张和恶性肿瘤是老年上消化道出血患者最常见的病因。结论消化性溃疡、食管胃底静脉曲张破裂、急性糜烂出血性胃炎、恶性肿瘤是引起上消化道出血的常见病因，不同年龄阶段患者引起上消化道出血的病因亦有所不同，临床护理工作当中应针对不同年龄阶段患者的病因学特点进行宣教和护理干预,以减少消化道出血的发病率和死亡率。【关键词】上消化道出血;病因;护理宣教;护理干预　　[Abstract]ObjectiveToanalyzetheetiologycharacterof
