1、中西医结合治疗围绝经期综合征61例疗效观察作者：张书琴王金荣谷守星贺荣新李凯杰王福顺刘桂玉【摘要】　　目的观察八珍汤结合雌激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将121例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组。治疗组61例给予八珍汤加味，每日1剂，水煎服，尼尔雌醇2mg，每2周1次口服；对照组予尼尔雌醇2mg，每2周1次口服。2组均1个月为1个疗程，3个疗程后观察治疗前后雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）水平和临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果治疗组显效率91.8%，对照组显效率73.3%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组治疗后E

2、2水平明显上升，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组治疗后FSH、LH水平均有不同程度下降，但治疗组FSH水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组治疗后E2、FSH、LH水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗组不良反应明显少于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论八珍汤合用雌激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征可以改变患者雌激素水平，从而改善患者临床症状，疗效优于单纯雌激素替代疗法，且症状改善快，疗效稳定，且明显降低雌激素替代疗法所引起的不良反应。11【关键词】更年期综合征中西医结合疗法　　【Ab
