1、奎硫平与氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症对照研究作者：陶建青刘佳斌梁亚志李伟生冯昌生【摘要】目的评价奎硫平与氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法将59例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，研究组30例，口服奎硫平治疗；对照组29例，口服氟哌啶醇治疗。观察8w。于治疗前及治疗第2w、4w、8w末采用潘氏量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗8w末研究组有效率为90%，对照组为75.9%（U=2.089，P＜0.05）。潘氏量表评分治疗2w末起两组总分、阳性症状分及研究组一般精神病理分，4w末起研究组阴性症状分及对照组一般精神病理分均较治疗前有

2、显著下降（P均＜0.01）；8w末对照组阴性症状分虽较治疗前有所下降，但无显著性差异（P＞0.05）；研究组治疗2w末一般精神病理分、4w末总分及阴性症状分均较对照组下降显著（P＜0.01～0.05），阳性症状分各时点与对照组比较均无显著性差异（P均＞0.05）。治疗8w末副反应量表评分研究组显著低于对照组（t=-4.016，P＜0.01）。结论奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效优于氟哌啶醇，不良反应发生率低，且程度较轻，安全性高，依从性好。【关键词】精神分裂症；奎硫平；氟哌啶醇；疗效10Acontrolstudyofquetiapinevs.ha
