1、四生汤对阴虚证小鼠自由活动能力和血清丙二醛含量的影响【摘要】探讨四生汤对甲状腺激素致阴虚证小鼠的治疗作用及机制。方法:选取健康昆明小鼠60只,随机分成6组。正常组和阴虚模型组予蒸馏水灌胃,低、中、高剂量四生汤组为治疗组,生脉饮为阳性对照药物,观察各组小鼠的一般生活状况并检测其自由活动能力和血清丙二醛的含量。结果:四生汤能明显改善阴虚模型小鼠的口干、烦躁和体温升高(P<0.05),提高小鼠的自由活动能力(P<0.05),降低血清丙二醛的含量(P<0.05);但与生脉饮比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高、中剂量四生汤具有良好的养阴清热、生津止渴作用,可提高机体的活动能力和
