1、叶绿素铜钠盐联合环孢菌素A对免疫介导再生障碍性贫血模型小鼠的实验研究作者:巨君芳周平张如富魏克民【摘要】 目的探讨叶绿素铜钠盐(SCC)联合环孢菌素A(CsA)治疗再生障碍性贫血(AA)的疗效。方法建立免疫介导AA模型小鼠,分别胃饲2种不同剂量SCC12.5mg/(kg·d)+CsA12.5mg/(kg·d),SCC25mg/(kg·d)+CsA12.5mg/(kg·d),以CsA,SCC[各25mg/(kg·d)]为阳性对照组,正常对照组及模型对照组胃饲生理盐水,每组灌胃0.5ml/d,分2次给药,连续14d,分别检测血象,另取股骨作骨髓病理切片。结果SCC+CsA小剂量组WBC、HB
2、、PLT均明显高于AA模型组,且HB,PLT分别高于SCC组和CsA组(P<0.05)。骨髓病理切片显示SCC+CsA小剂量组骨髓增生较模型组小鼠(造血组织容量<34%)改善明显(造血组织容量80%)。结论SCC+CsA促进AA模型小鼠造血功能,提高小鼠外周血白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板三系,对AA模型小鼠具有一定的治疗作用,且疗效好于单用SCC、CsA。【关键词】再生障碍性贫血叶绿素铜钠盐环孢菌素A实验研究 【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplorethetherapeuticeffectofSodiumCopperChlorophyllincombinedwithCyclo
