1、五种鼻内窥镜防雾液的选择及效果观察【摘要】目的比较观察热水、75%酒精、1%软皂液、2.5%新洁尔灭和进口防雾油作为鼻内窥镜手术防雾材料的效果。方法150例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉病人,随机分成5组:热水组30例,75%酒精组30例,1%软皂液组30例,2.5%新洁尔灭组30例,进口防雾油组30例,手术时分别用50℃~60℃热水、75%酒精、1%软皂液、2.5%新洁尔灭和进口防雾油作防雾材料,分别记录防雾有效时间、镜面清晰度、刺激性及清除血污效果。结果防雾有效时间2.5%的新洁尔灭和进口防雾油优于75%酒精、1%软皂液和
2、热水(P<0.05);镜面清晰度五者差异无显著性(P>0.05);刺激性75%的酒精明显强于其他四者(P<0.01);清除血污能力2.5%新洁尔灭最好(P<0.01)。结论2.5%的新洁尔灭是一种价廉物美的、理想的鼻内窥镜手术防雾材料,值得临床推广。【关键词】鼻内窥镜手术;新洁尔灭;防雾材料Theselectionandcurativeeffectobservationoffivesinusendoscopyanti-mistliquids10【Abstract】ObjectiveComp
