1、中国北方地区慢性特发性荨麻疹临床调查作者：王丽莉，高兴华，洪玉晓【摘要】目的：调查我国北方地区慢性特发性荨麻疹(CIU)临床特点及影响因素。方法：以问卷方式对198例CIU患者进行临床调查，其中的134例进行了自体血清皮肤试验(ASST)。结果：198例CIU患者中女性患者是男性患者的1.58倍。51%的患者年龄在35～55岁。其中有21.2%(42例)患者存在潜在感染性疾病，28.8%(57例)患者患慢性胃病，11.1%(22例)患者有过敏性疾病，7.07%(14例)患者患甲状腺疾病，11.6%(23例)患者有除甲状腺疾病外的

2、其他自身免疫性疾病，24.2%(48例)患者有荨麻疹家族史。34.8%(69例)的患者自觉食用某些食物可使荨麻疹病情诱发或加重，55.1%(109例)的CIU患者自觉病情与环境的冷热刺激有关，10.61%(21例)患者有长期用药史。134例进行ASST，CIU患者中阳性者78例，占58.2%。结论：①北方地区CIU患者以女性发病居多，35～55岁为其发病高峰。②北方地区CIU患者中患感染性疾病、胃病以及有荨麻疹家族史者较多，感染因素、胃病、遗传因素与CIU间的关系有待进一步证实。③58.2%的北方地区CIU与免疫机制有关。【关键
