2、的人力资源风险现状进行了访谈了解，指出当前P2P网贷企业人力资源风险的表现形态。在对人力资源风险的成因进行分析的基础之上，识别出当前P2P网贷企业人力资源风险指标，并构建出P2P网贷企业人力资源风险评估的指标体系。结合层次分析法确定了风险评估指标体系中各指标的权重，运用模糊综合评价法构建了P2P网贷企业人力资源风险评估模型并结合Z网贷平台的实际进行了案例分析。为了有效应对P2P网贷企业人力资源风险，文章最后提出了具有针对性的P2P网贷企业人力资源风险管理对策。　　　　关键词：P2P,网贷企业，人力资源，人力资源风险管理　　　　ABSTRACT　　　　Peer-to-peerlendingi
