5、rrelationswithenterprisesaccordingtolawandregulations.Thefourtharticleappliestothefollowinglabordisputesbetweenenterprisesandemployees:(1)disputesoverdismissal,expulsion,dismissalofstaffandworkers,resignationofemployeesandautomaticdemissionofenterprises;(two)disputesarisingfromtheimplementati

6、onoftheprovisionsoftheStateconcerningwages,insurance,welfare,trainingandlaborprotection;(three)disputesarisingfromtheperformanceofthelaborcontract(includingdisputesarisingfromtheexecution,modification,terminationandterminationofthelaborcontract);(four)otherlabordisputesthatshouldbedealtwithin
