1、毕业设计说明书小型加工中心自动控制换刀机械手的设计摘要本论文介绍的是小型加工中心换刀机械手的设计。机械手在当今机械行业的应用的广泛程度世人都有目共睹，随着现代数控技术的发展，在某些工作条件复杂和危险的情况下，机械手可以代替人类进行各种工作。对于机械手的优点很多，它可以代替人类高效而且精确的工作，这是最重要的一点。所以，为适应时代发展要求，在机械手的设计方面国家投入了大量的人力物力。机械手的种类很多，在本次设计中机械手选用回转式双臂机械手。它的主要动作是将机床主轴上的刀具与刀库或刀具传送装置上的刀具进行交换，其动作循环为：拔刀─新旧刀具交换─装刀。回转式双臂
